Individual Therapy

Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply sensing that something inside you needs attention, individual therapy can be a place to slow down, listen inward, and begin to heal.

Zen Stones in Water

My work centres on creating a compassionate space where every part of you is welcome — especially the ones that feel hard to understand or accept.

We all carry inner stories shaped by our early relationships, life experiences, and the ways we've learned to cope. Sometimes those stories live in parts of us that feel anxious, shut down, reactive, or chronically self-critical. So many of us have learnt to manage life by disconnecting from these parts of ourselves — pushing through, shutting down, or staying small.

But what if you could see that these behaviours aren't signs of failure — they’re signs of how deeply you’ve adapted to survive. These responses often make sense when viewed through the lens of attachment and trauma — they were shaped in moments when we had to protect ourselves, whether we knew it at the time or not.

Therapy can support you to:

Understand yourself more deeply — uncover unconscious beliefs, to better understand why certain emotions or patterns keep resurfacing.

Build emotional resilience — learn to meet your feelings with compassion, rather than judgment or avoidance.

Explore your attachment patterns — and how they may impact your sense of worth, boundaries, and relationships today.

Heal from past wounds — give attention to the parts of you that carry pain, shame, or fear, so they no longer have to carry those burdens alone.

Reconnect with your inner resources — the calm, curious, and wise centre within you that is capable of leading your system with clarity and care.

Build inner security — not by forcing change, but by creating compassionate relationships with your inner parts.

As we build a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship, we create a foundation where trust can grow and true healing can happen.

You are not broken. You are doing the best that you can, with what is available to you in this moment. Therapy is a space to listen, unburden, and reconnect — with yourself and with your capacity to heal.

If this approach resonates with you, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
